REFUND OR RETURN OF BOOKS If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your book for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR TOURS OR SEMINARS Should you need to cancel your registration for a tour or seminar, notice of cancellation must received 48 hours before the start of the event. You may receive either full credit for a future class or book purchase, or full refund less a $5 processing fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of an event, you will receive credit only. LOW RISK CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR DESIGN COURSE Should a student have to cancel their enrollment in the course up to 30-days before the on-site portion of the course begins, there is a full refund less $250. Student retains access to webinars, keeps the course handouts and text book, and receives a full $195 credit towards any future Midwest Permaculture design certification course. If a student cancels within the 30-day period before the course there will be a full refund less $350 and the student still receives a $195 credit towards our design courses. The credit is good for up to three years. There are no refunds for cancellations or for WITHDRAWALS once the course begins. However, in certain circumstances, we may extend partial credit towards a future design course. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR 4-DAY URBAN/SUBURBAN PERMACULTURE INTENSIVE Should a student have to cancel their enrollment in a training up to 30-days before the on-site portion of the course begins, there is a full refund less $75 to cover our book costs and processing fees. If a student cancels in the 30-day period before the course there will be a full refund less $150. There are no refunds for cancellations or for withdrawals once the training begins. However, in certain circumstances we may extend partial credit towards a future training.
